The Mind's I

Perspective...

Hello
I've waited here for you
Everlong
Tonight
I throw myself into
And out of the red out her head she sang

Come down
And waste away with me down with me
Down with me
Slow how
You wanted it to be
I'm over my head
Out of her head she sang

And I wonder
When I sing along with you
If everything could ever feel this real forever
If anything could ever be this good again
The only thing I'll ever ask of you
you've got to promise not to stop when I say when

Breathe out
so I can breathe you in
Hold you in
And now I know you've always been
Out of your head
Out of my head I sang

And I wonder
When I sing along with you
If everything could ever feel this real forever
If anything could ever be this good again
The only thing I'll ever ask of you
you've got to promise not to stop when I say when

Breathe out

Two photos today. One from yesterday (left) and one from today (right). You can't see the "Push Tape To Signal For Stop" sign in the left picture which I found really adorible. Then again, you can't see my awful chin in the right picture, so I figure it was a fair compromise.

There isn't too much I want to say in this entry. I finished Douglas Adams' Starship Titanic by Terry Jobes. It was fairly predictable, but an entertaining read. It read like Terry Jones was trying really hard to capture Douglas Adams' style of writing. I read that DA came up with the plot and the characters and all Terry Jones did was fill in the rest. Both Mike and I felt this was very cheesy. Reading the book, I found myself constantly looking for clues within the book that will help me in the game, but alas, I think I am too far into the game for any hints from the book. I recognized a few that could help me in earlier stages in the game that were detailed in the book. I should finish the game. Mike said that we should play it together this weekend.

I went out and bought the new Foo Fighter's CD. I've been thinking about it for several months, ever since I discovered that I really liked Everlong. I left work reasonably early and picked it up. I will listen to it tomorrow at work and tell you what I think of the album as a whole (the CD player in my computer doesn't seem to want to work right now).

It's late. 1:30. I'm off to bed.
